May 29, 2025Poor internal communication means work will not get done or done at late times. Residents note that sometimes is better to do work around to problems than to communicate with the front office and hope for assistance. OR, sometimes the solution to a problem is "oh well" as in "Your appartment cannot cool below 75 degrees inside, meaning in order to maintain a semblance of comfort, you will have to run your AC 24hrs a day, running up electric bills?
