March 26, 2025I would not advise anyone to apply there. You charged pest control and they didn’t spray entire apartment. New management was trying to get ride of residents, evicting some residents. Rooms have desks not big enough.Reseña de Apartments.com
2025 no upgrades rent high af
January 16, 2025It’s 2025 rent is high everywhere you might think this is affordable don’t move here no upgrades on appliances maintenance suck even getting in contact with the office people sucks but as soon as you decide not to pay your rent you guessed it they make it their business to get in contact with you. The people in the office i guess are bumping coochies as to why they are never answering a phone during business hours. Disgusting
January 31, 2024If I could give no stars I would. Ive been searching for an affordable place close to campus. This one stood out because it's not co-living but I was disappointed to find it's a family community. AKA anyone can live there. I decided to take a tour and the two bedroom they showed me was beautiful. Just like the photos. I decided to do an application and submit all paperwork. Immediate red flag was the request for money orders. Like it's 2024. But I went a long with it. Finally my move in date ...arrives and I'm super excited! I get to the office to receive little to no attention. My keys or lease wasn't ready. One of the maintenance let me in while they got it together and boy. The apartment was NOTHING like what they showed me during the tour. Literally wall to wall carpet that was stained. They explained it was cleaned and certain stains can't come out. It smelled like cigarette smoke and there was dust everywhere. The vents, the walls, the ceilings. The shower was missing a shower head I had no screens or locks on my windows. Not to mention the best part was the location. At the very back where there are more cats then people. I am fairly allergic to cats and they were sitting on peoples cars and the breezeway smelled like cats. It's just absolutely disgusting. I immediately requested a refund with no plan B but to move back with my parents for a while until I find something else. Complete waste of time and energy. RUN!!!!!!!
September 7, 2023DO NOT MOVE HERE. They false advertise. The apartments do not look like the picture. They have full carpet and are full of roaches and flies. The maintenance doesn't fix anything and they have a new girl in the office EVERY week! Several people do not have working A/C or showers. You will call for months about a repair with no response. But the second rent is due they will put bright red notices on your door and continually send you text messages. The security cameras don't work and they have no ...security on site. September 22, 2022I just moved in last week and love it here! The unit is super spacious and our daughter loves the playground. The price is not bad at all, especially for the stuff you get. They have a nice kitchen layout with beautiful countertops and the rooms are nice. I would definitly recommend living here!Reseña de Apartments.com
Murders, Crime, Falsely advertised renovated units
June 30, 2022Murders, crime, wake up regularly to police lights flashing in the parking lot, and "renovated" apartments that smell like pet urine from previous tenants. This place is disgusting. I feel gross in what is supposed to be my home. I moved into a RENOVATED unit, but instead of replacing the carpet, they covered up the smell and when their cover up wore off, I was blamed for not noticing it when I moved in. I would expect a renovated unit to at least have disgusting carpets replaced. The final ...kicker was getting threatened with evictions multiple times after paying my rent on time because their system is so outdated. you can't even pay rent online. I asked to be informed when the issue was fixed and instead of being informed that everything was fixed, i received another threat of eviction the following day. The apartment acted like it wasn't a big deal while I was freaking out thinking that I was about to be sent to collections for 3 weeks until they finally responded to me. Good location for a cheap rent
October 30, 2020It is a lot quieter and more for families now. Management did a good job changing it to residential housing. Their on site security team is top. Sure you don't get the most updated apartment, but for the price you have everything you need and location is great.Property Manager Responded

Do Not Move Here!
March 29, 2019I have lived here for about a year and this place makes me feel very unsafe. It is riddled with crime and there are always police here investigating some sort of happening. There was recently someone shot and killed here and my boyfriend and I are looking to move out right away. As far the condition of the place, our appliances were constantly breaking. The place was practically falling apart. There is also extremely limited parking. I had to park in visitor parking even though I live here. Don't ...move in unless you're ready to live in a place of crime.Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2015This place is very cozy and simple. The biggest selling point is the all inclusive rent, which makes management significantly easier. These apartments are very nice, of course not top of the line, but very livible. That is the biggest thing I have against it, but it's still nice. This place is also very safe. You Get What You Pay For
August 6, 2015They have renovated some of the apartments in the complex and some of them they just fix little things at a time as people move in and out. They're not terrible but they're not top of the line apts. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. The staff typically are nice, predominantly made up of students or ex students of usc upstate.
