  • Drive By Shooting - Gates are broken! - Cockroaches everywhere

    There was a drive by shooting in this complex yesterday... on a Sunday afternoon. The gates have been broken since I moved in. Even though I've been told several times they would be fixed, nothing. Not a safe environment to live. Also, I am tired of killing cockroaches in this apartment. Just so you know, there are good reviews here because the staff pressures you to make a good review while providing in home services and they bring the qr code to scan and everything.

      Hello Anonymous User, we apologize that you have not had an expected experience thus far, however, we are committed to making your living experience with us better. Thank you for reaching out and expressing your concerns. There was an incident at the community but it was not reported as a driveby by the Pembroke Pines Police Department. We have been working diligently on getting the gates repaired. Windsor took over the community in August 2022 and we discovered the gates have to be fully replaced and rewired. This job will require major construction and we are currently waiting on parts. Please reach out to the office if you are experiencing any pest issues because we offer pest control services every Friday. We work hard to resolve all resident issues we are aware of. Our team, just like many other companies asks how was our service after performing maintenance request. It is completely up to the resident if they would like to take the time and complete a review.     WORST place to live at if you want some peace. 1- Homeless people living in the pool bathrooms and they don’t do anything about it. I told the office and they did NOTHING so Last night I cleaned up the mattress and clothes they had there myself!!! Check the cameras! :) I Put everything in the trash. Condom wraps are still in there. I didn’t clean that up. 2- You get TOWED at night and you have to pay anyways, even if your OWN sticker gets robbed. I have had the same car and tag for a LOOONG ...
    time and they JUST noticed my tag “didn’t match” when someone stole the sticker I had for over 2 years too!! But 3 of my friends who don’t even live here got the boots removed in other occasions FREE OF CHARGE. I live here !!! And I pay!!! (Ridiculous) 3- Dog poop EVERYWHERE so kids can’t even play outside. 4- Condom wrappers all over the back of the garages next to the lake. Hard to “ENJOY THE VIEW” 5- And the people at the office are unbelievable RUDE and incompetent when issues come up. I regret moving here. Do not recommend it. Leaving ASAP

  • Awful!

    One of the worst places I have ever lived. The AC broke approx 4-5 times and the maintenance staff would just make temporary fixes (the same issue would continue to happen). Also everytime the AC broke, my electric bill would be double the amount, and they wouldnt care (yes I complained to office/managment). The garage below my apartment was being used for commercial purposes. This guy was using it to repair not only his car, but customers' cars. At times it would be so unbearably loud in my ...
    bedroom (right above the garage) that I couldnt sleep and some of his customers would have screaming matches outside my window. It was literally the worst experience. I made multiple complaints about that issue and nothing was addressed until managment attempted to show an apartment in my building and could not due to the noise and mess. Basically, managment didn't care until it impacted their business. People would also have music blaring from their cars in the parking lot at all hours, for multiple hours (explicit music). People also do not clean up after their dogs and dog poop was everywhere. Management would send a threatening email about cleaning up after dogs, but they never enforced it. At times the outside apartment lights would be turned off at night so you would be walking around outside (pitch black) trying to get to your apartment (not safe). The valet trash people would drag leaking trash in the hallways so they would smell at times. I mean I could go on, there is so much more. So in all, DONT LIVE HERE!

    One comment: Most residents pick up after their pets, but some are not so considerate, and sometimes stepping on the grass, is concerning. The maintenance employees, seem to try very hard to keep the place clean, despite the lazy (tenants) people who throw unnecessary trash around while outside, like soda bottles, and potato chip bags, and Styrofoam hot meal containers as examples. This is a nice, quiet, livable community, and the good location (area) to everyday necessities.
