September 1, 2025If you only care about a roof over your heads, it's fine. If you want to be comfortable and worry free in your apartment, this isn't the community for you. Frequent pest issues that are dismissed as "just part of the location." Letting water damage accumulate until it ruins your belongings with the explanation "we can't do anything until there's water" despite evidence of something wrong occurring. Holes in walls since move in that likely relate to mentioned pest control, bur nothing done. No ...outgoing mail for letter/card sized envelopes available on property. 6 years and counting!
January 3, 2025I’ve been living here for six years, and this apartment complex has been a great place to call home. The on-site property management team, led by Giselle and Joshua in the front office, is top-notch. They are incredibly responsive and accommodating and always go above and beyond to ensure that residents are taken care of. Whether I had a question, needed assistance, or had a special request, they were always quick to help and genuinely kind. The maintenance team, Troy and Sergio, is equally ...great. They know how to handle anything that comes up, and I’ve always been impressed by how quickly they get things fixed. Their expertise and efficiency are outstanding. I recently upgraded to a new apartment within the community instead of looking elsewhere, and that really speaks to how happy I’ve been living here. August 19, 2024I have recently moved in with my pregnant wife and little boy, I'm a proud father, and extremely happy to say that moving into Woodcreek apartments has been nothing short of excellence. The community management is quick to respond with any issues, they provide each person with specialized care and empathy, anything going on within the community is brought to our attention in a timely manner. The community team has been polite, cordial, and extremely knowledgeable, and if there was ever an issue ...that they themselves could not figure out, they knew where to go in order to get the answers, the community is welcoming to pets, and accommodates them with love and excitement.
