  • Doesn’t care about residents

    We had a bug problem arise- started with spiders, then black widows, then earwigs, then an infestation of carpet beetle larvae. We are very clean people so we are not at fault. It has now been 3 months and they FINALLY sent pest control. The day after pest control came, we found more bugs moving around our apartment. I informed the office that we have a baby and this matter urgently needed taken care of, but they have zero sense of urgency and no remorse.

      Thank you for providing us with your valuable feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that Woodland Meadows wasn’t exactly to your liking. Your unit has been sprayed for spiders/bugs on three different occasions. The first time you contacted us, our maintenance team sprayed the interior and exterior of your unit on 8/1/2023. The second time we were contacted on 9/13, our maintenance and grounds team sprayed the exterior and installed more secure weather stripping at your front door the next day on 9/14. Our maintenance team had dropped off glue strips and was happy to hear that they were free of any bugs/spiders after one week. When you contacted us a third time, we sent out a professional pest control company to spray the interior and exterior of your unit. The pest control company did not note any type of infestation after his inspection of the unit, and did not note any presence of black widows in the complex. There are several factors that can contribute to the presence of spiders, ...
      including weather and food and water sources- we would be happy to share some tips and tricks that we have received from our participating vendors. Thank You~ Woodland Meadows

  • Neglectful

    It takes several weeks for anyone from the complex to reach out over ANYTHING, you HAVE to see them in person to get anything actually taken seriously. All the buildings are very cheaply made for how much you are being charged. Not to mention sprinkles spraying into your room at ANY hour. Appliances, drawers, you name it, and it falls apart after being 'fixed'.

Your mention of sprinkles spraying into your room is very concerning, as our sprinkler system is set to water the grass, flowers, and shrubs only and does not have the ability to reach inside units. We do not have record of any reports of a faulty sprinkler in our system, so if this is an active concern, please contact us immediately. Out of an abundance of caution, we will have our onsite maintenance team conduct a thorough evaluation of the sprinkler system. Our maintenance team prides itself on responding to work orders in a timely manner and responds daily. In rare cases, if Mon-Fri 7am-5pm scheduling does not work for residents and we are not given permission to enter, a scheduling conflict can arise.   • Great area & sweet neighbors!

    My Husband and I lived here for just over 2 years. We have had amazing neighbors, and loved the location- close to Spokane valley and close to Coeur d’Alene. Yokes and Super 1 are super close, and near most stores in post falls! The staff at the office has always been so helpful and kind. The maintenance crew is also amazing, and they came quickly if we needed something fixed. I would recommend to anyone moving to the area!

    It was such a quick and painless approval process. Jessica (assistant community manager) is very clear on what is needed to be approved. She is super friendly and very responsive and knowledgeable. The property is beautiful and the units are nice! Very excited to live here with my family!

  • Do not move here

    The grounds are not taken care of constant flooding the staff is rude and does not know how to show up on time. There is never any parking very low quality for how much they are charging and very very bad cooperation

  • Poor quality buildings, parking, and staff

    Not only are the apartments cheaply made, the management doesn’t return your calls or voicemails. I’ve had to go in person to get anything done. The electricity has gone out more than could ever be rationally explained. More lightbulbs have blown than should ever happen for the amount of time they are were used. The floor shakes when you walk. Our sink leaked (like we put a giant bowl under the sink it was so bad) and the maintenance guy had to come out 3 times for it to be fixed. That was ...
    another thing I had to go ask for in person. They told us the train only goes by one day a week and not even very often. They.lied. It’s SO loud it shakes the apartment and the horn goes off all the way through the complex. Don’t live here if you can help it. And I’m not even going to talk about the parking, it’s simply THE WORST PLAN EVER

  • I want to leave

    My apartment flooded and I did not have renters insurance. The incident was however not my fault and they refuse to compensate me for the week I was displaced and forced me to pay full rent. My unit is damaged now because it was left to flood 1 am to 8:30 am valentines day because the fire department had the wrong emergency contact. Corporate has been cold. They refuse to compensate me or let me get out of my lease without paying $2000. Their negligence had caused me serious stress and the ...

  • Not recommend

    I moved into this unit in May. The landlord is usually very responsive & nice to your face but when it comes to taking action and putting in work orders in, it will be several weeks if not a month until whatever you need fixed, is actually fixed. I have spoke to other tenets in my building & they are experiencing the same thing. I have lived in two other apartment complexes and this place is awful. Definitely would reconsider wanting to live here!!

  • Not Pleased

    They do not answer phones or return messages, once you apply you are waiting forever since they apparently can't bother to call you back. We have left multiple messages, and called and have not gotten anyone to answer us back about refunds. I would not recommend this company at all. Go somewhere where the staff returns calls and messages.
