Woods + Meadow Apartamentos

any problem or complaints living here during the last two and half years and I believe I will consider here again next time I move back to Peoria.

and everything was in good working condition. I did have one minor maintenance issue during my stay, but I let the property manager know about it, and it was promptly taken care of. They have 1 bedroom and studio apartments available. They also have excellent deals for those of you that are looking for a short term deal, and they even have some studio apartments available for rent that come with furniture, a TV, kitchen supplies (pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc), towels, sheets for the bed, pillows, and blankets (all linens were new). I literally only had to bring my clothes and other personal belongings. These studios also include your cable, internet, and utilities all in your rent bill, so all you have to pay for is rent. For those of you that are just starting out, college students, interns at CAT, or just someone looking for a convenient apartment, it was very nice and easy. Onsite laundry facilities are also provided. The apartment is in a more residential section of Peoria, but it is fairly close to major stores and just about everything else you need. It's a 15 minute commute to Caterpillar and downtown Peoria as well. There is plenty of parking provided, and it is free. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at Woods and Meadows, and I would be more than willing to come back again. I had a good experience there, and I highly recommend it.
