September 9, 2024At Acceleration Properties, we take cleanliness, maintenance, and community concerns very seriously. We strive to resolve all issues as quickly as possible, including addressing any reports of pests or disruptive neighbors. Acceleration Properties took over the management of this complex in July 2022, and since then, we’ve made significant improvements. We now have a dedicated team of 6 full-time maintenance professionals to ensure timely repairs across all our properties. We’ve also refined and strictly enforce our pet policy to maintain a comfortable environment for all residents. Over 50% of the units have been renovated as tenants have moved out, and we’re committed to continuing these upgrades. Terrible apartment
June 1, 2021Awful customer service, terrible organization, zero communication from staff. VERY dirty, everything is broken, it smells terrible. Warm water lasts 2 minutes max. It should cost $50 a month to live there. TERRIBLEProperty Manager Responded

A quiet place to stay in Peoria
January 27, 2018I spend two and half years living here when I worked in Caterpillar and I recently moved out because of the job change. I think woods and meadow apartment is a really good place to stay. I could not find many other options for studio here in Peoria, which is pretty close to my work place Caterpillar. The apartment is a bit small but the rent price is reasonable. One major thing I like here is that this place really quiet, no parties or other social activities hold in any apartment. I don’t have ...any problem or complaints living here during the last two and half years and I believe I will consider here again next time I move back to Peoria.Property Manager Responded

Excellent Apartment
August 11, 2016I had the pleasure of staying at Woods and Meadows for a couple months during my summer internship at Caterpillar. Overall, I was very pleased with the apartment. It was safe, it was clean, it was quiet, and it was affordable. Both the residents and the staff were very friendly, so it was a nice environment to live in. The apartment is surrounded by woods on three sides, so it is a quiet and relaxing environment as well. When I moved in, my apartment was meticulously cleaned before I moved in, ...and everything was in good working condition. I did have one minor maintenance issue during my stay, but I let the property manager know about it, and it was promptly taken care of. They have 1 bedroom and studio apartments available. They also have excellent deals for those of you that are looking for a short term deal, and they even have some studio apartments available for rent that come with furniture, a TV, kitchen supplies (pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc), towels, sheets for the bed, pillows, and blankets (all linens were new). I literally only had to bring my clothes and other personal belongings. These studios also include your cable, internet, and utilities all in your rent bill, so all you have to pay for is rent. For those of you that are just starting out, college students, interns at CAT, or just someone looking for a convenient apartment, it was very nice and easy. Onsite laundry facilities are also provided. The apartment is in a more residential section of Peoria, but it is fairly close to major stores and just about everything else you need. It's a 15 minute commute to Caterpillar and downtown Peoria as well. There is plenty of parking provided, and it is free. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at Woods and Meadows, and I would be more than willing to come back again. I had a good experience there, and I highly recommend it.Property Manager Responded
