Horrible Complex
September 4, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comThis place is awful. They tricked me into getting an apartment i didnt want. Originally when i applied they told me i was applying for a nice, updated apartment with wash/dryer. Once approved, they told me the apartment i was applying for had been taken but they have another one that's the same. So i went over and signed the paperwork. Not even 2 minutes after i signed the lease and left, they called me saying that apartment was also taken and the only one left similar was a more expensive ...apartment that was out of my budget. Mind you, this was the day before i was supposed to move in. They offered me another apartment for the same price however they neglected to tell me that this apartment was extremely outdated and did not include w/d hookups. Also, it was not move in ready because the carpet was never replaced and is literally the worst carpet i have ever seen. The carpet is coming up everywhere, and you cant walk on it barefoot because its sticky (even after several cleanings). You also cant sit on it, because its scratchy. The a/c never works either and my apartment is always over 80 degrees. They advertise 2 laundry rooms but one of them has been closed for a year now and the other is always broken or the card machine never works. There is mold in my apartment and the air is always moist even with a dehumidifier constantly on that we have to empty several times a day. This means everything in the house is moist, including our bed when we lay in it. This is not at all what i had in mind moving here, and i cant wait until my lease is up.Leer Más
Go with a newer complex
December 7, 2016 - Reseña de Apartments.comDo yourself a favor and go with a newer apartment complex. I have been in this apartment almost a month now. They give you a sheet asking what's wrong with the apartment. There are spots that aren't level in the entire apartment but I wasn't concerned with that. The only place I was concerned with was the kitchen. It was so severe your couldn't stand at the stove standing level one foot sank in further down into the ground and it the tiles were already bending to conform to the ground which ...looked like they would begin to Crack but technically w we really cracked yet. They send maintenance out they leave saying oh the tiles aren't cracked and left. I personally don't understand what their maintenance people get paid to do but I would definitely like their job of doing nothing. So I left a negative survey and they send outside contractors to do the floor. They pull all my appliances out redo the entire concrete stating they need about 7 or 8 hours for concrete to dry then the maintenance people from my complex will be back to lay the tile the next morning. The next day they come dragging in at 230pm stating they need to put a top coat of concrete on and it will be an additional day of no appliances not even a microwave yet again forcing me to eat out yet another day because my stove and dishwasher are in the dining room and washer dryer is on the patio. I ask them why they haven't already been there they claim they had emergencies all morning. The entire apartment is a disaster there is concrete dust everywhere and it's difficult to get off of your belongings. I had to clean out the kitchen for them when it hasn't been long since I unpacked my belongings not to mention having to give up your life for the last two days. The outside contractors were great but unfortunately they didn't do the entire job. The joke comes when you have to deal with the maintenance department again from the apartment complex. The apartment complex is older but could be decent if the maintenance people actually cared about their job and not just trying to cover up something.Leer Más

September 9, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comThe floor plans are nice but they are old and nobody really cares to make them better. It is very nice in the front where the office is full of flowers and plants. The rest of the complex is totally unattended and bad.

August 14, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comI've lived at Woodtrail for a little over four years now, and have had only minor complaints. A new company purchased the property, my rent went up about $40 a month (pet rent also went up $5 a month) and yet somehow.. we still can't seem to rid the buildings of roaches. I've tried everything short of burning the place to the ground, and I just can't get rid of them. The exterminator has no effect on them. It's disgusting. The location is fantastic, the pool is nice, and I rarely hear my ...neighbors. I feel safe living here alone. Now, if ONLY WE COULD GET RID OF THE BUGS.Leer Más

July 30, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comI've been living here for 2 years now. It's a great location (10 minutes from freeways, near westheimer, lots of restaurants, etc.) Pretty quiet and small. Only problems i have are pet owner don't pick up after their dog, no w/d hook ups in 1br, and electricity is setup weird in the apartment.
