Its a okay place.Their are some neighbors who are rude and will harass or give you dirty looks if you or your kids are a little loud.The walls are very thin so you can hear everything. Parking is bad not enough space cars will block you in or block your parking space so you can't get in.Everyone is always talking about other neighbors and spreading rumors and creating drama. I honestly can't wait to move out.

My elderly parents used to live there horrible place to live new management not good, untruthful, took long to fix things, hole in wall for two months, lundry room filthy. Apartment flooded constantly, beware people

We've been here since 2013... and are very happy. Yes, we've had to call maintenance a few times, but they have always been prompt and efficient. I hear alot about people complaining about the new management but Our only issue has definitely been the trashes. Unfortunately, most of the issues stem from lazy tenants not using them properly. There is one recycling...one trash. However, lots of people are too lazy to walk over to the trash...and they dump in the recycling; which won't get dumped if ...
it's full of trash. It's not rocket science, just laziness. The new manager has done an killer job here and hes been in since Jan. He had his hands full and I'm blessed to say the least. I have always loved my home and community but it's much cleaner, maintenance gets done promptly, it's very quiet and peaceful. Overall...we have been very happy and will definitely sign a new lease when the time comes

I live in another state but here for work. When I called the property was greeted professionally and all of my questions were answered. I visited the property and met with the manger mike. The apartments are nice and clean and beautifully refurbished. I love the light from all the windows and the unit was clean and inviting.The manager was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. I looked at a lot of apartments in the area and this was by far the best around. The property across ...
the street was nice but older and not remodeled and the price was about the same

This place had its issues, roof leaks, poorly ran for years with managers scared to enforce the rules in fear of retaliation and now it's a whole different place. The new management team is very involved and even myself gave gotten violation notices to comply. Yes I was upset but imthe violation notices is what's making this the place it should be. Prior to the new management's arrival In December it's like a shelter where you just pay to rest your head but not it's a place I'm proud to call my ...

The inside of the apartment is gorgeous, with washer and dryers that helps a lot because I play football and my uniform gets dirty every day. The living room has a great size for a small family. I like how I'm also close to the mall.
