Wyda Way Apartments

Its a okay place.Their are some neighbors who are rude and will harass or give you dirty looks if you or your kids are a little loud.The walls are very thin so you can hear everything. Parking is bad not enough space cars will block you in or block your parking space so you can't get in.Everyone is always talking about other neighbors and spreading rumors and creating drama. I honestly can't wait to move out.

We've been here since 2013... and are very happy. Yes, we've had to call maintenance a few times, but they have always been prompt and efficient. I hear alot about people complaining about the new management but Our only issue has definitely been the trashes. Unfortunately, most of the issues stem from lazy tenants not using them properly. I live in another state but here for work. When I called the property was greeted professionally and all of my questions were answered. I visited the property and met with the manger mike. The apartments are nice and clean and beautifully refurbished. This place had its issues, roof leaks, poorly ran for years with managers scared to enforce the rules in fear of retaliation and now it's a whole different place. The new management team is very involved and even myself gave gotten violation notices to comply. Yes I was upset but imthe violation notices is what's making this the place it should be. The inside of the apartment is gorgeous, with washer and dryers that helps a lot because I play football and my uniform gets dirty every day. The living room has a great size for a small family. I like how I'm also close to the mall.
