STAY AWAY!!!!

Before we moved in they promised the cleaning person would have everything ready for us. When we moved in, the apartment was filthy, we had no doors in the bedrooms, sinks were clogged. They promised us a $500 gift card for all the inconveniences they had caused. They never gave us this gift card! We told them A MONTH in advance when we were moving out. They refuse to return our security deposit saying that we never told them we were moving out. WE PERSONALLY TALKED TO THE FRONT OFFICE THAT WE ...
WERE MOVING OUT. They have blocked our numbers and never replied to any emails after we moved out!!!! Also, living there is horrible. Kids are loud and disrespectful, they will kick your door. There’s poop everywhere and parking is a TRUE NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY!

Horrible first impression

The staff member I just spoke with was rude, unhelpful and condescending. The person said, "did you actually read our webpage". Great way to talk to someone who is half blind from injuries sustained while defending our country. To answer your question; Yes, I did read said you had 9 apartments available now, not next month as you said. Is the website correct or you? To the person I spoke with, you need to make peace with yourself before you can be at peace with others GB.

Wonderful Experience - Get your apartment now!

We were one of the very first to experience this amazing home. The office personnel has been kind, knowledgeable and very outgoing. They put together events for residents for holidays and for meet-ups in the luxurious club house or the office. Rochelle and Cooky always have a positive smile to look forward to. We never had a problem that wasn't addressed in a quick timeline. The apartments are clean and well maintained by the maintenance staff. The gym is spacious, the pool clean and ...
protected from the little ones having access to it. There are cameras, a security guard, and bright lights throughout the areas - though we never had anything happen to us or our home. And as a bonus, those hurricane impact resistant windows really came in handy when Hurricane Irma came our way. It was sad to end our 3 year chapter at Princeton Groves since it has been there for us. Our boys made friends with all of the kids from several buildings and the parents/ neighbors became familiar with each other. It was always nice passing them by and saying hi.
