About 10 Bay Student Residence
Welcome to 10 Bay, where comfort meets community. This 30-storey residence offers fully furnished studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites, each featuring a double bed, desk, wardrobe, private bathroom, and a full kitchen with modern appliances. High-speed Wi-Fi and all utilities are included. Exclusively available to McMaster students, 10 Bay provides premium amenities including a fitness centre with Peloton bikes (and included membership), yoga and music rooms, study and meeting spaces, a movie theatre, communal kitchens, lounge areas, and a rooftop park with a running track, BBQs, and firepits. Secure bike storage and indoor parking are also available. Ideally located steps from transit, shopping, dining, hospitals, and McMaster University's main campus. Designed with sustainability in mind and targeting LEED® Gold Certification. *10 Bay Residence is exclusively available to students of McMaster University. All residents must be actively enrolled at McMaster for the duration of their lease.
