Horrible Management
August 13, 2016No humanity from management whatsoever. My daughter was here one night to visit her friend and they towed her car immediately. If you have friends over they must park on the street, and their cars may not be safe. Either that or you get a $400 tow. This is not a good environment ,it felt to her more like a dictatorial prison than an actual community. STAY AWAY!!!!!Review from Apartments.com
Nice apartments
September 20, 2015The best thing about this apartment: its location. The apartment is in front of Santa Clara library and behind it has Santa Clara high school and USPS is next to the apartments. My apartment unit(107) had a view of field high school. It was just awesome. The apartments are good and have back to back covered parking. Its a gated community, that's a plus. Maintenance requests are taken care(if you cal them or drop an email). The issue is with their portal of maintenance request as it never get ...submitted. I complained to them and at their Facebook page as well but it was not fixed till I moved out(June 2015). This time they did not give us an option to renew our lease sighting renovation of apartment and returned our deposit in full. The rents have gone quite high now.
