This building is about three blocks away from San Vicente Boulevard, which sits in the heart of this neighborhood Brentwood. Even though the atmosphere and the environment is wonderful. The people live around here are young professionals, and families as well. The building has mostly studio, but the studio with separate bath and kitchen, so it doesn't feel quite small and crowded. will say about this building, is because it's an old building, the building is dated back 1956, so the wall is pretty thin. The good thing is all the neighbors are rather respectful, and all pretty quiet after 10pm. There is also no dishwasher nor central air.

I've been living in the building for four years now. I love the surroundings and the hard wood floor. In our neighborhood, this building is actually a steal. However, the building is quite old, so the wall is super thin, meaning it's easy for the neighbors to hear the noise at night.
