October 12, 2024I’ve been dealing with a horrible sewer smell in my apartment for weeks, and despite submitting a maintenance request, nothing has been done. The tech came in, looked at the plug, and left without fixing it. I’ve even bought air filters and taped the sockets, but the smell persists and is making me sick. The property is also filthy—dog waste in the stairwell and graffiti on the walls. I’ve received multiple emails, but no real action has been taken. I’ll edit this review if things change, but ...for now, I recommend staying far away. The apartments are less than a year old, and management is already letting the property deteriorate this much.
