March 23, 2022It’s a luxury building from the 60s not the newly modern ones in the seaport. The staff is extremely hard working and very helpful. If they’re not there they’re busy helping the other 149 units. You will never find this much space anywhere in Brookline or Boston for this price. Don't live here!
November 22, 2021Grossly overpriced. Parking is $275 on top of rent. Staff is never around and when they are they're unhelpful and unprofessional. Management is rude, banging on our door in the middle of the day, and even asking for cash to dispose of apartment items. Walls are paper thin. The green line right next door runs at 6am during the week and there is constant 2am construction on the weekends. We have lived here for over a year and have not gotten use to the noise. Poor Experience
October 2, 2020The staff here is not helpful at all. I went downstairs to collect a package that was delivered and the doorman was nowhere to be found. Seems like they are always on break. Also, my laundry was stolen from the laundry room and I was told that the building is not responsible!! Given all the options around Brookline, I would steer clear of this place if you value peace and quiet and are paying top dollar for a "luxury" building.Review from Apartments.com

September 21, 2020This property is perfect for me. Heat is included in the rent, so I never have to worry about an extra expense in the winter. Parking in the garage is also available at a decent price, so I don't have to worry about an expensive garage or street parking. The location is awesome too. Not good if you work from home
September 18, 2020I've lived here for over a year now. The good is that this building is close to the city. Also, the staff minus the owners are very nice. They dont jump to help you but if you are persistent in following up they will help you. My biggest complaints are the noise level. It seems that the building is always under repair. There's constant drilling, hammering and workers roaming the building. Each morning I have the pleasure of hearing the gas leaf blower in front of my window. Working from home ...has been super challenging due to the noise. If you move here, just lower your expectations. This is not a luxury place as the ads say.
