I highly recommend!
June 9, 2024I lived at 101 from the very beginning, I enjoyed many years raising my children at 101 Park pl. It is a great place to call home. Merriam the Manager is totally amazing! She is so professional & always helpful, I truly miss her. I did move due to down size. I highly recommend 101 park pl. It is a beautiful place to live & raise a family.Property Manager Responded

Truly Horrible place under the new AJH management - Nightmare!
September 21, 2021This building is stuff night mares are made of. Under the new AJH management, it doesn't meet even the bare minimum professional standard, let alone the tag of a 'luxury' building. Highlights: 1. security - concierge are absent half the day, leave the door unmanned and DO NOT verify who is coming in to the building. Parking garage door is broken so that's another are from where anyone can come in 2. Amenities - half the equipment in the gym is broken or outdated, there is no wifi in he common ...areas and the fir pit doesn't work 3. Smell - horrid smell in the hallways and elevators. I wont harp on it since you WILL notice it if you are unfortunate enough to tour this property 4. General dishonesty - Nothing gets done in the day to day operations. They don't respond to emails, don't do maintenance request on time, turn off the ACs in the hallways during peak summer etc etc I could go on and on but i hope you get the point. Loved it until new management
June 23, 2021I gave it 2 stars because I love the building itself. I have lived here 3 years and had a great experience. I intended to stay to renew my lease again, however new management came this past spring and there have been nonstop problems. Maintenance work does not get completed unless you hound management, fire alarms going off frequently for false alarms, lack of response/concern from the leasing office... I am not sure what the issue is, but it doesn't seem any management of the building is getting ...done aside from raising the rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 23, 2020My husband and I have nothing but praise for Team 101. Any issue, no matter how minor, is attended to promptly. In addition, Greystar and Team 101 clearly are in tune with the needs of the community at large. Since April, over 1200 lbs of shelf-stable, non-perishable food items have been donated by residents here, collected by 101 employees, stored in the leasing office and ultimately delivered to the local food bank. Efforts are continuing. It is one thing to focus on the needs of your own ...community but trying to ease the needs of the entire Stamford community speaks volumes about the integrity and dedication of Team 101 -- especially our community manager, Danielle.
