    We toured this property with Brooke and we could not have had a better experience- and trust me, we toured the whole Charlotte apartment community in 3 days! She was knowledgeable, courteous and professional, yet personable- so much so that we even started calling the property 1010 Brooke! Everyone we encountered made us feel right at home! I highly recommend this community, for the property and for the people!

    Just moved in to a one BR with balcony. The staff and especially Curtis, the manager, were extremely helpful. The apartment is beautiful. The layout is great and everything is modern and clean. The amenities and grounds are beautiful. The pool is large, clean and a lot of chairs. There are cabanas with fans and a nice grilling station. Very pet friendly too. It is also very quiet. Everything is very secure. Also nice visitor parking. The location is excellent. Could not be happier so ...
    far. Only recommendation would be some kind of screen for balcony door.

    Great location but the building hallways and garage are rarely clean, issues arise often, and the fire alarm goes off all the time and will not be shut off for hours on occasion. Overall love the location but the building is subpar.

    Solis Dilworth has very friendly staff onsite and is located in a very convenient part of town. The building is new and well-maintained. You can tell they care about making the residents feel welcomed here. My biggest concern initially was the noise from ambulances, but since they move so quickly, they are only heard for a few seconds and it doesn't really bother me. I would highly recommend Solis Dilworth
