Complete renovation under new management

This property is in a great location. Walking distance to the Starbucks around the corner as well as restaurants and CVS pharmacy. The building is under new management since August of 2018 which has done lots of improvements to the building. They have installed brand new windows, new roof, new paved parking lot behind the building, updated plumbing, pipes, etc. The available vacant units have brand new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, dishwasher, hardwood ...
floors thru-out, mini blinds, renovated bathrooms with new vanities and fixtures. Each building entry has it's own laundry room. The apartments are beautiful. They have 1-3 bedroom units. You can walk to train station.

These apartments are horrible. They have old windows so very cold in the winter and it is right next to the train station so it is mice infested. Good location, but poor management.
