August 9, 20152 bedroom, 2 bath, beautifully maintained, pet friendly building centrally located in the heart of the fantastic Toluca Lake area. This second floor unit features a pass through kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, disposal. Living room is focused around floor to ceiling windows & highlighted by a fireplace,. Both spacious bedrooms include walk-in closets. This apartment is a reasonably priced must see living space!Review from Apartments.com
Gem in the Lake
August 9, 2015Great little apartment in Toluca Lake. Nothing big on perks you won't use, but good old fashioned space! Washer and dryer in the unit. Small building, but large apartments. Some have a wet bar. All have fireplaces. In the process of upgrading when units are being turned over. Hardwood floors and granite counters. Only issue is they aren't re-doing cabinets, so the style is still outdated with wood lacquered doors and drawers in the kitchen as well as bathrooms.
