Renters Reviews and Ratings
March 6, 2020 - Review from Apartments.com
Rented a studio so I could be closer to work and this place was inexpensive. Got a new job in NYC and when I went to tell Frank that I was leaving and that I would be living my security deposit I was told that I needed to pay a full months rent even though I was leaving on the 15th of the month. DON'T rent here they will tell you it's a month to month and then try to bully you. Also the apartment had a broken window, the bathroom didn't have a door, and the apartment was not painted. I painted it ...
and they will not recognize that I spent my hard earned money into leaving the apartment better than it was AND they want a full month of rent because "the security deposit is gone". Ridiculous place, ridiculous people. DON'T RENT HERE. It's cheap for a reason and now I know why.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
