The good-affordable rent! Less than $800 a month with heat & hot water included. Very safe, quiet neighborhood. Great location near the heart of upper union street & close to Mohawk commons and 890. Well maintained lawn & snow removal. Maintenance (2 men who live in the apt complex) are quick to respond to requests.
The bad- very old apartments with terrible drains that are constantly getting clogged. Old fashioned tiled bathroom either bright blue or bright pink reminiscent of a middle school ...
bathroom. Management can be difficult to get on touch with & tends to not return calls. Charges fees if the apartment is not in IMMACULATE shape after you move out. Make sure you clean oven and fridge as well as every other part of the apartment.
Overall, nice apartment for the price.
