The building does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided for comfort. A $500 fee will be charged for evidence of parties, loud disturbances, or unauthorized events. Smoking and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited, with a $250 fee for violations. Pets are not permitted, and a $250 fee applies if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found. The maximum number of guests is 4, with a $40 fee per unauthorized guest per night. Lost, damaged, or missing keys or fobs incur a $250 fee.
