My little paradise
July 23, 2015I had lived in the building back in 2004 on the first floor but always wanted the 2nd floor apt above me. My job transferred me to Atlanta and I didn't think I would ever see the building again. A year later I moved back to Chicago and was hoping the apartment would be available - it wasn't, but I couldn't let it go. Finally in 2011 the apartment was for rent and I got it!!! 2 Bedroom, 2nd floor, balcony, located on the front side of a 12 unit building. Beautiful shade trees, 2 parking ...spaces on a nice street with good neighbors and a great landlord who allowed me to paint the walls, install a closet organizer and re-tile the kitchen floor the way I want. I can't believe how lucky I am to have gotten such a wonderful place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
