I’ve been here 8 years now and have no plans on moving. Whenever there’s a problem I open a service request and the next day it’s done. Just a short walk to the Metra station, mall, grocery stores all very close. Office team is very nice and approachable.

The property manager and staff have always been professional, respectful, and responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance. Any maintenance requests we’ve submitted have been addressed in a timely manner, which we really appreciate. Briargate has been a comfortable and welcoming place for us to live. apartment community, there are rules in the lease that residents are expected to follow so that everyone can enjoy a safe and respectful living environment. In our experience, management has done a good job of maintaining those standards while treating residents fairly. If you move here, you better stay because if you decide to move on they MAY return your security but they have a slick way of going back in the apartment to CONJURE up you giving over 50% of that security back!! My wife and I took the time to clean up from TOP TO BOTTOM shampooing the carpets, filling in holes where pics hung and the place was move in ready when we were done.. we got charged for gashes on the counter tops(even though we had cutting boards) my wife did a walk thru but SOMEHOW they ...

Do not move here, if you plan to receive your security deposit back after leaving. There was nothing above normal wear and torn (not even that), I have 4 eyewitnesses and pictures that could prove that this apartment was left in good condition, but they refuse to return my security deposit and had the nerve to create a balance due. The management of this company makes outlandish, fabricated issues to generate an invoice in order to keep your security deposit. First of all, they did not do a ...
walkthrough nor where they present or available the day I moved out. I have not ever had a problem retrieving my security deposit once I move out of an apartment. Once I spoke to management, they had the audacity to insinuate it was not up to part and stated it should be in the condition it was given to me, I'm thinking such as ready to rent to the next tenant so they could move right in, totally absurd. Let's not get started on the mold, I would have never moved there if I knew what I know now.

Great location. Walk to the Metra. Mall nearby. Many restaurants and grocery stores a short distance away. Large bedrooms with extremely large closets. Any time I had a problem management took care of it. Large parking area. Cost is not bad either. Laundry facilities on premises Close access to tollway. Hospitals are within 15 minutes.
