The top two floors are a 3 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower only. The kitchen includes a dishwasher but lacks storage. There is no washer/dryer in the unit or building. The driveway is shared with 106 Hamilton Street and has a width of 70 inches. This home was built in the late 1800s, and has loads of character. ...
However, it needs a lot of work due to years or abuse by tenants. All the bedrooms are a good size and fit a double or queen sized bed. Only one of the bedrooms has a closet. It's close to everything, and is not loud even though it backs up to restaurants.
