Best Building in LA!

We lived here for two years and would have stayed even longer! Barbara, Paul, and the building staff make sure the building is maintained well and are constantly making updates for the benefit of their tenants. Notice was always provided for scheduled maintenance and any requested maintenance was always completed within one day. The building staff are all very kind and helpful, and Barbara and Paul are easily reachable for any questions or concerns.

Whenever I’ve needed anything, whether it’s maintenance or assistance from the front desk, the team has always been incredibly helpful. My partner and I had a corner unit at 10401 Wilshire. It was the best living experience I have ever had. The view of Wilshire blvd outside our windows and the sunshine were so very therapeutic.
