August 26, 2022I would not recommend anyone to live here. Over the course of the year that I lived in my apartment, there were numerous incidents in which the security of the building was questionable. Twice during the year, individuals who were either homeless or previously convicted of robberies made it into our building which was entirely inhabited by college aged girls. On top of this, there were multiple shootings throughout the year, one incident in which the SWAT team visited the house two doors down, ...and another incident in which someone slashed the tires of every car on the street. Do not be fooled by the fact that this house is close to Xavier’s campus. I never once felt safe while living here, and it is misleading that it is advertised that this area is a “SAFE AREA!” Please please please do yourself a favor and research the area/crime stats. I’ve never felt as unsafe and disrespected as I did when I lived in this apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
