This apartment is very spacious and has been a great experience for the most part, enough for me to stay for over 3 years. The only catch is there is no off street parking other than a 2 car driveway between the shared building which contains 5 other apartments. It is very close to downtown, the college, and the train station which is very convenient but does not have a yard. The back porch is my haven although is is shared with the other third floor neighbor and not everyone has the respect ...
for their homes that I do, it can be a bit frustrating. All in all, it is a good stepping stone if you desire a place where you have room enough to live like it is a small house with the rental payment of an apartment. Everything is hardwood and there is a wonderful built in case in the livingroom with sliding glass doors that is great for movie and game storage. This has been a learning experience in the sense of renting, not all bad, not all good. Thank you for your time.
