August 6, 2024Was told the walls would be painted white prior to move in. They were painted beige and we were completely ignored when we reached out about it. Apartment was dirty. Took multiple mops to get the water to not be black. There was dried up pee on the toilet seats. Mysterious stains. The ceiling would leak when it rained. They covered the roof with silicone, resulting in an even messier leak inside the apartment. When we moved out, they charged for paint. Landlords are only allowed to do that if ...it’s to restore the original color of the unit. Reached out to the current tenant and confirmed they had not repainted the walls from white to beige (they also could not provide itemized receipts — which is mandatory). Also charged a cleaning fee, despite us leaving the apartment substantially cleaner than we found it. The parking spot was also awful.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
AVOID THIS PROPERTY// MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL
March 18, 2020The apartment itself is FINE. Overpriced for what it is. Each unit has to pay for it's own utilities as well as utilities for the entire apartment complex... those utilities are VERY EXPENSIVE. Sometimes up to $200 each month. Management is impossible to connect to. When you call you must speak with a receptionist first at a completely different office and then wait for someone to call you back. Most of the time they do not call back. It is not worth it to live here. Our hot water has not ...been working for the past two days. We've called 4 times over the past two days and no one will call us back. The gate to our garage has broken a countless number of times. During the power outages that have happened a couple of times, our garage door won't open so your car gets stuck inside the garage. We've had ant problems, our front door is currently broken, our dishwasher broke... This has all happened in less than a year of living here... HOPE THIS HELPS!
