well, if you are disabled, and retired like me,
and a female, you are right on the pirate ship here!
these are tiny studios, so watch out for the bruises
on you from bouncing off the doorways and walls.
oh! don't forget about the NO insulation policy here,
so be prepared to hear all and everything about your
neighbors. and the floorboards on ship above you!
by the way, did i tell you that they are all pirates
who are drunk alot, and like to blast some unforgivable
music?
oh, and don't forget ...
about the street traffic that goes
from 5;00am till 1:00am every night!
if you are a pirate, this place is for you!
watch out for the roaches though, cause they are kingsize!
you have to seal any open portholes!
this is the truth! i pray alot to move out of here.
