December 2, 2025The moving experience has not been what I had hoped for. My move-in day I was greeted by a girl who was 15 minutes late to work, and I was sitting there with my movers. When I walked in, she literally handed me a folder and walked off. No greeting. No welcome to the apartment. And no explanation of any move-in rules about the building or anything. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like this before. I’m giving because I really like the building, but the actual move in experience was not ...good.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2025Its a great place, the apartments are 10 out of 10, the kitchen is amazing and the space is awesome, the amenities are the best. Maybe if all apartments had balcony and a tub will be an extra that I would had appreciated (they were not available for my preferred dates for moving in). Only issue I have is Shepherd Street, too noisy and the windows maybe are not that thick, we can hear all the cars racing in the night. If you are moving in would definitely recommend to NOT accept a unit on the side ...of shepherd drive.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2025I relocated here a few weeks ago, and it has been a wonderful experience. The office staff is extremely friendly and supportive. It’s a very nice community but I wish the hallways are much cleaner, carpets get cleaned more frequently and it’s just neater generally. June 10, 2025Looking for an apartment? I strongly suggest looking elsewhere! After living here for 3yrs, it’s not worth the money. The pool, which is the main attraction, was closed 2 of the 3 summers because the water was green. Also, it wasn’t uncommon to see vehicles in the parking garage with shattered glass and sitting on cement blocks either. The management team isn’t helpful. May 5, 2025I really enjoy living in this community. It’s perfectly located near lots of eating and bars in the Heights. Also super convenient to the trails for exercising.
