September 22, 2025Maintenance and office staff are great! My complaints are w/ the property management company. There is clearly no money allocated for up keep of the grounds. The cabinets are of cheap and inferior quality. The outer material pulls away from the particle board beneath then cracks and peels. Also, they should do something to improve the noise. This is the loudest place I have ever lived! You can hear everything in the surrounding units.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2025Spoke to Kellady about an issue in person and she was the kindest person I have spoken to in a while at the riverstone location. She listened and understood my concerns and helped me with solutions. I wish this community had recycling efforts and the walls are thin so noise is an issue. Besides that great job hiring Kellady and I’m hoping for things to improve in the future. Also I wish everyone in the office was more adamant to hold residents account for following community rules.
