April 13, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comwhile the community is amazing with the residents that live there, as it seems that everyone is friendly, the apartment complex fails to keep up with basic maintenance. the fences are corroding and decaying and falling apart. also, when trying to find out anything about the community or asking for help, the leasing agents get very defensive and say that we have to voice our concerns through email and schedule an appointment with Management s to discuss anything. when you do that no one gets back ...to you or is very prolonged to get back to you. another issue that we have is there is no events that are held for the community we have. maybe one or two 4 or 5 months? also, our security seems to be a little lackluster as more and more things have happened even though we've hired a security staffRead MoreProperty Manager Responded

March 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWhile the apartment itself is good and well-maintained, the building's flaws are significant. The corridors are consistently in poor condition, but the biggest problem is the mandatory Fetch package service. This service is terrible. They lost my package, and both Fetch and the apartment management refuse to take any responsibility. Neither will offer a refund or any solution, leaving me with no recourse. It is unacceptable to be forced into a faulty service where no one is accountable.Property Manager Responded

The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made settling in much easier. Earlier, car tires were stolen from the parking lot, too. Recently, they have been trying to improve, but there has been little change.Property Manager Responded

September 29, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment is a little older but the location and amenities are great. I enjoy playing tennis so having a tennis court within the complex is great. There is a ton of space to walk the dogs and they're loving the new location. The apartment layout is my favorite of any one bedroom I've lived in. The reason this isn't 5 stars is because the apartment wasn't completely clean when we moved in. September 15, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comWhile the staff are very friendly and do their best, the condition of the apartment after move-in has been full of issues. From a leaking toilet to a shower that only puts out scalding hot water, a bathroom door that doesn’t close properly, along with cleaning problems and AC troubles, it has been far from ideal. The maintenance team has been great at addressing the problems, but I feel these issues should not have happened in the first place with a new move-in make-ready. There are still ...pending concerns, and I’ll be happy to update this review once everything is brought up to baseline. I understand that some things can get missed, but the fact that new issues keep appearing suggests a lack of overall attention.
