March 3, 2026While the apartment itself is good and well-maintained, the building's flaws are significant. The corridors are consistently in poor condition, but the biggest problem is the mandatory Fetch package service. This service is terrible. They lost my package, and both Fetch and the apartment management refuse to take any responsibility. Neither will offer a refund or any solution, leaving me with no recourse. It is unacceptable to be forced into a faulty service where no one is accountable.Review from Apartments.com

December 14, 2025Just moved in and so far everything has been great. The entire move-in process was smooth, everyone I’ve interacted with has been very friendly and helpful, and the community feels welcoming. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made settling in much easier. October 10, 2025It's a good place to live and a good neighbourhood. But be careful about packages being stolen from your apartment. Earlier, car tires were stolen from the parking lot, too. Recently, they have been trying to improve, but there has been little change.Property Manager Responded

September 29, 2025The apartment is a little older but the location and amenities are great. I enjoy playing tennis so having a tennis court within the complex is great. There is a ton of space to walk the dogs and they're loving the new location. The apartment layout is my favorite of any one bedroom I've lived in. The reason this isn't 5 stars is because the apartment wasn't completely clean when we moved in. The patio was dusty and covered in spider webs and the bathroom vent looked like it hadn't been replaced ...in years.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2025While the staff are very friendly and do their best, the condition of the apartment after move-in has been full of issues. From a leaking toilet to a shower that only puts out scalding hot water, a bathroom door that doesn’t close properly, along with cleaning problems and AC troubles, it has been far from ideal. The maintenance team has been great at addressing the problems, but I feel these issues should not have happened in the first place with a new move-in make-ready. There are still ...pending concerns, and I’ll be happy to update this review once everything is brought up to baseline. I understand that some things can get missed, but the fact that new issues keep appearing suggests a lack of overall attention. I’m hopeful everything will be fully resolved soon so I can raise this to a higher score.Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2025It's been just a week since we moved in. So far, the community is quiet. Our recent maintenance service request was completed in a timely manner. YIf you have nice wheels/car/motorcycle do NOT come here
July 11, 2025So here I am again writing another review due to how little the workers cared that I got my motorcycle stolen from behind my car. Along with my issue, they TRIED to steal another residents motorcycle the same time but were unsuccessful There are no cameras basically anywhere in here and they do not enforce security or anything. In the past month or two, two old ladies have had their basic wheels stolen. I am now of course dealing with my motorcycle. They don’t care clearly because after the first ...time items were stolen they have yet to still do anything about it. Don’t live here. This standards management has, sucks.Property Manager Responded

July 1, 2025Overall it is located in a nice area and the community is nice as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the ameneties are not unkept.
