I don’t know how many star should I put. I just moved in 4 days ago and the range was not working since day 1, the trash vallet bin wasn’t available. The communication system is poor. Call never got answer. Office always empty. I confused where should I contact/ report to get immediate assistance.

Third floor no go during the summer

During the scorching summer months, our electric bill skyrockets to approximately $300 per month. This is because the air conditioning unit is constantly running, attempting to maintain a comfortable temperature in our living space. indifferent to this issue and just chalks it up to us living on the third floor. Therefore, I strongly advise you to exercise caution before choosing a third-floor unit.

while the community is amazing with the residents that live there, as it seems that everyone is friendly, the apartment complex fails to keep up with basic maintenance. the fences are corroding and decaying and falling apart. also, when trying to find out anything about the community or asking for help, the leasing agents get very defensive and say that we have to voice our concerns through email and schedule an appointment with Management s to discuss anything. when you do that no one gets back ...

to you or is very prolonged to get back to you. another issue that we have is there is no events that are held for the community we have. maybe one or two 4 or 5 months? also, our security seems to be a little lackluster as more and more things have happened even though we've hired a security staff

Only thing getting use to is paid reserved spots. The apartment itself is in a nice area with restaurant options. Park is pretty, most patios have a screen on them which is cool to keep bugs out.

While the apartment itself is good and well-maintained, the building's flaws are significant. The corridors are consistently in poor condition, but the biggest problem is the mandatory Fetch package service. This service is terrible. They lost my package, and both Fetch and the apartment management refuse to take any responsibility. Neither will offer a refund or any solution, leaving me with no recourse. It is unacceptable to be forced into a faulty service where no one is accountable.
