First - the location. Right across the Lynn Shore beach. Fantastic location in my opinion. Size - not huge, but was good for a couple (me and my wife). Now that we have a daughter, the one bedroom apartment is just not enough. The building has close to 50 unites. There's off-street parking, kind of. Our parking lot is Beach Circle which is a public street. So when it snows and the City of Lynn decides to plow our parking lot, we have to park at the local public garage, otherwise, we get ...
towed.
Our rooms are decent size. Bathroom is outdated but usable. We have enough kitchen cabinets but they're also outdated. The building management company changed recently and the new management company re-did the carpeting in the hallways as well as replaced the really old glass front door with a more modern looking glass front door.
