This place is stocked with rodents. I found 8 over a few month period. The neighborhood is terrible, people are roaming the streets and causing trouble at all hours. The building hasn’t been upgraded since the last millennia, probably. Utilities are ancient and inefficient. Do you enjoy central heating/cooling and a functioning AC unit? Well they don’t have that. Maintenance is never available. Getting ahold of the owners is a near impossible task. Homeless people steal packages. Zero security. ...
The walls are so thin, you can hear the upstairs neighbors watching Wheel of Fortune 24/7. The water runs brown sometimes. Spare yourself from the chaos.
