It's important to give people with low credit scores another chance. Having a stable place to live helps people contribute to the local economy, keep a job, and be involved in the community. Eligibility for tenants: 1. No more than one eviction that has been discharged or an open eviction that has been set up on a payment plan. Proof of first payment must be provided. 2.
