Spacious, Fair Student Housing
October 4, 2022The unit itself is typical for university housing, the rooms are decently sized (one is considerably larger than the other two), and the kitchen is wonderfully open. Nice island/bar that we use really often. The dishwasher works but is really loud, and I wish there was another storage closet upstairs. Not all units have a washer/dryer and our tour guide wasn't clear about that, so we moved in expecting to have a w/d and were very surprised to not see one. It's not too bad, there are good ...laundromats nearby. My biggest warning: The walls are PAPER thin. Between the bedrooms it's not terrible, but between the units themselves, we can hear everything our neighbors are doing. Everything. Both of our neighbors routinely play music on speakers, and it bleeds into our apartment so much. Not to mention when they have people over, and it feels like we're sitting in on their conversations because we can hear every word of it. If you're not sensitive to sound, it may be less of an issue, but otherwise you better pray you have quiet neighbors.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
