This place is full of cockroaches, the owner has "never" properly fumigated the whole building, and I have lived here for years!! They don't even replace carpets or fix windows unless they know they city will do their inspections. The current manager used to be the handyman, he knows nothing about customer service or how to properly communicate with tenants, his English is limited, but more limited are his manners. He is very rude, and for every complain a tenant have his response are threats ...
like, "the owner has friend with lawyers", "if you do this or that, the owner won't take your rent money", etc. I have been discriminated here, but not worth doing anything. The manager allows some people to have dogs, but denies other tenants, discrimination right there. The place looks nice from the outside, but living here is not pleasant. Garbage area stinks and right by the back entrance, force to walk by. The garage doors and garage itself in bad shape just like the rest of the building.
