Some amenities have finally completed renovation but rooftop is still closed off (feels like it’s been getting renovated for more than 2 years). Management decided to close pool right before the summer and reopen with only 3 weeks left of pool season. Rooftop has been closed for over a year. The chairs at pool and other resident gardens are broken and dirty. Stairs are constantly dirty.Property Manager Responded

Living through construction had its challenges, but now that things are wrapping up, you can really see the vision of the building come together. The property looks great, and the location truly can’t be beat. One of the standout aspects of living here has been how friendly and welcoming the leasing staff are—they really make residents feel taken care of.
