March 15, 2026Lived here 4 years. Building has been under constant construction. Management decided to close pool right before the summer and reopen with only 3 weeks left of pool season. Rooftop has been closed for over a year. The chairs at pool and other resident gardens are broken and dirty. Stairs are constantly dirty.Property Manager Responded

Living through construction had its challenges, but now that things are wrapping up, you can really see the vision of the building come together. The property looks great, and the location truly can’t be beat. One of the standout aspects of living here has been how friendly and welcoming the leasing staff are—they really make residents feel taken care of. October 24, 2025Amenities are severely lacking, and never open, the office very rarely communicates with residents about happenings. Numerous commercial vehicles in the parking garage always taking up spaces and parking dangerously close to resident vehicles. No communication about updates in the hallways leading to a morning where I almost stepped in carpet adhesive. Materials from renovations and construction left strewn about in the hallways often. And the construction outside continuously being delayed. Not ...all of my documents are even in my resident portal as well so there’s been difficulty ensuring I follow rules which I don’t have available to me all the time.Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2025Renovations taking forever. Pool completely unavailable during the summer. Rooftop is going on over a year of being closed. Hallways finally renovated but trim by elevators never painted. Staircases still dirty with multiple lights out. Communal grills dirty with cockroaches and missing knobs.
