Roach infested owners put no money into it. Have a maintenance man come spray when they can afford to buy pesticide. Numerous broke windows wall to 1 apartment knocked down by a car over 3 months ago. Had many problems and maintenance kept saying next week or when we get some supplies finally had to move. Btw there hasn't been a laundry there in years
