Probably the worst renting experience

I have been living here for 2 years now and have been regretting every minute of it. This place is probably the most over-priced apartment around this area. The rooms are incredibly small, the "1 bedroom" is really just a studio apartment with a sliding door. There is no guest parking. They water is NOT included in the rent. The laundry facility is expensive. The landlord is probably the least helpful, most irritating, person in the world. It takes 6 months for anything in your apartment to get ...
fixed. Everything in the apartment complex is old and falling apart. If there is ever a plumbing problem, they have to shut off everyone's water for the whole day to fix the issue and this happens at least once a week. I am not exaggerating. Whenever they make a new policy they put a note on everyone's door, threatening that if we do not comply within a week, we will have to vacate within 3 days of the property. Don't waste your time here. You will regret it.
