Sleazy Ownership

Ever since we first moved in, few of our concerns have been dealt with. There is a cockroach infestation here that never quite went away despite at least 5 complaints. My window sills were never cleaned and the apartment was never prepared for us to move in. The window blinds suck, there's no pressure in the shower. The stove malfunctions and they used zip ties on the heater system that filled the house with plastic smell when we tried using it. They indiscriminately keep raising our rent even ...

though the quality of service does not increase. I have even heard rumors of the landlord paying off the city to turn a blind eye to the various violations that exist in this complex. It's really not the worst place I've been so I give it a two star.
