May 7, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comOCF has made my life a nightmare for my last month living here. Daily tours of my apartment, each time with a different representative and never at the time they say they are going to be there. However, that is nothing compared to leaving my front door OPEN AND UNLOCKED for 11+ hours TWO TIMES now following tours I could not be present for. Apparently, it is simply too hard to lock a door behind them when they leave. I live alone in a south Philly apartment and get home from work past midnight. ...The first time this happened I was promised it was a one-time mistake but now it has happened twice and there is "nothing that can be done." I was told I was lucky nothing bad happened. Avoid OCF at all costs, they have no respect for your safety or property.Read More
