Nice location
January 24, 2018Love at first! Too good to be true. These townhomes are ideal. No laundry in unit. Responsible for Water that is split with building,electricity, gas..etc. u You name it nothing is covered here! Rent will increase. High move out no one stays because of the inconsistent bill increase and roaches. Long term this is a money pit. They are trying to upgrade apartments slowly but only after they sign for a new car lease. Old building with rigged upgrades. Perfumes the pigReview from Apartments.com
Gilmore Apts
August 22, 2015The Gilmore street apartments are nice townhome community just north of the NOHO arts district. There is tandem underground parking assigned for each apt. Street parking is also available, it can be hard to find spots outside, but not terrible. The tenants are friendly, and apartment manager takes care of all residents. There is a pool and a nice gated community area with picnic tables and an laundry room on site. The rent is affordable, you pay water, gas, sewer and electric.Review from Apartments.com
