Home Is Where the Heart Is

I’ve called this building home for many years and multiple reasons, not the least of which is the location. I love its small size when compared to the newer, pricier buildings popping up all over the neighborhood. And although this building is gradually being upgraded, the rents are still reasonable which is becoming rarer by the month in this neighborhood. This building is quiet and the neighbors friendly ; feeling pretty comfortable and safe. Okay, about the location; approximately 3 miles ...

from the beach; and the tech community (Google and Youtube less than 1 mile away), this is an up and coming community with a lot of new development, including trendy restaurants. In a nutshell, I am fortunate to have found this gem of a building. I am staying put. Margaret Smith , Los Angeles
