Perfect score
September 27, 2024In the past 5 years I have moved to 4 different states for work. Each time I move, I try to pick the best apartment in my budget. Out of everywhere I’ve lived, this is the only apartment I have given a perfect score. The price is spot on, parking is great, utilities are cheap, the staff is friendly, and everything works as advertised. August 14, 2024I recently toured 11th & Spruce, and I’m really glad I did. This is my first apartment in the city, and it’s honestly the nicest place I’ve ever seen. The building itself is great, and the apartments are even better. Everyone I met was super friendly. There was an event going on in the lobby during my tour, with snacks and people hanging out, which made the place feel really welcoming. My tour guide, Dakota, was really kind and let me choose which apartments I wanted to see. Overall, I’m just ...really happy to have found 11th & Spruce.
