September 27, 2024In the past 5 years I have moved to 4 different states for work. Each time I move, I try to pick the best apartment in my budget. Out of everywhere I’ve lived, this is the only apartment I have given a perfect score. The price is spot on, parking is great, utilities are cheap, the staff is friendly, and everything works as advertised. I’m asked by the staff regularly if there is anything they can do to make the space better for me, and there really isn’t. I can’t recommend these apartments enoughProperty Manager Responded

September 17, 2024Yo, 11th & Spruce is sick. Been here a minute and it's perfect. Gavyn's mad chill, he helped me out with everything when I was moving in, made it so easy. Place is always clean, close to everything, just got that good vibe. If you need a spot downtown that’s not all uptight, this is the one. You won’t wanna leave.Property Manager Responded

11/10 Apartments
August 14, 2024I recently toured 11th & Spruce, and I’m really glad I did. This is my first apartment in the city, and it’s honestly the nicest place I’ve ever seen. The building itself is great, and the apartments are even better. Everyone I met was super friendly. There was an event going on in the lobby during my tour, with snacks and people hanging out, which made the place feel really welcoming. My tour guide, Dakota, was really kind and let me choose which apartments I wanted to see. Overall, I’m just ...really happy to have found 11th & Spruce. Why would you go anywhere else?
July 15, 2024Great apartments. Affordable price. Polite people. Good events. The list of reasons to live here goes on. Do yourself a favor - this place is brand new and the office guys are really nice. Great Place
May 15, 2024I was going to move in to 11th and spruce but didn't move to st louis because of an issue with my job. When I talked to the leasing office, they were so helpful to assist me with finding a solution. They were so kind to me during the entire touring process and were very supportive of my questions. Great Place
