A little slice of history

12 Bee St., or the William Robb house was erected in 1858 and proudly occupies the corner with Ashley Ave. After entering the gate, a trickling fountain welcomes you home. Apartment E occupies half of the second floor, including a generous portion of the front balcony. The interior has been recently updated with modern stainless steal appliances, but the original hardwood floors remind you of the building's history. The apartment features 3 bedrooms with one full bathroom and a full kitchen. ...

Towering windows stream light into the large living area with its nearly 11-foot ceilings. The apartment comes with 2 off-street parking spaces, but a third resident will have no trouble finding residential parking on Ashley Ave. The only downside is the lack of a washer/dryer. The property is located right beside the Medical University of South Carolina in downtown Charleston, and within walking distance of the amazing restaurants and shops that make this area an exciting place to live.
