I’ve lived at 1200 for quite a few years now and can truly say that this is my home…. There is very much a luxury feel, throughout the building / units, including all stainless steel appliances, central air, granite counter tops, elegant door fixtures and great lighting! Additionally, bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nicely sized and designed.
For an added fee, 1200 also features a covered parking area, accessible by garage door opener. It can accommodate all shapes/sizes of ...
vehicles. I park my work truck and smaller vehicle in there. It brings me great peace of mind knowing that I have a guaranteed, secured spot, at the end of the day!
The management team is top notch and it is evident that they care about the building and the residents within. Anything you need, they are there to help!
Antonio, who is the general manager is top notch. He has excellent mitigation skills, should issues ever arise. As an added bonus, his personality makes for a great atmosphere, when passing through the common areas.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1200 — THE LOCATION IS INCREDIBLE.

I've only lived at 1200 Washington for a couple of months but it has been the best decision I made hands down. From management to maintenance. Everyone communicates maintenance responds in a timely manor and the location is awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to move!!!

Worked with Manor at a different property and they we're exceptionally helpful, responsive and helpful.
I actually toured 1200 Manor too and was really really impressed. Solid amenity package, they offer fitness and fun classes, all free. Its small quiet, modern and all bran new.
If I wouldn't have to be in University City I would 100% live at 1200 Manor. Pricing is very very good. Antonio is also amazing!

I've been a resident at 1200 since February and have loved every bit of it! The staff is friendly, which is a big part of why I leased here. It's a new building, so everything is modern and hip and I'm the first to live in my unit, love that! Common spaces are fantastic and there's a grilling station!!! 1200 even has a hot/cold refreshment center that's stocked with all sorts of goodies.... best part, no additional charge! Last month's resident social was a blast and I'm sure the upcoming events ...
will be as well.
