January 16, 2024I have lived at this property my entire time at grad school and it is the absolute best place for students to live. Also, the staff is extremely caring and helpful. Very pet friendly, clean, pretty, and perfectly located next to a delicious bakery, multiple nice restaurants, and small shops!Property Manager Responded

Disappointing
December 24, 2022I have legit questions regarding the recent and terrible changes. The new people in the office are just bodies holding down chairs. The lobby stinks, elevators are dirty, we have no resident app, and the building has a depressing vibe. My dog has gotten sick twice now from the large amount of dog poo all around the building. Communication doesn’t exist. I’m paying for Gucci and getting Walmart. You can “restore my satisfaction” by bringing back the other managers. The new ones are never in the ...office and all around selfish and unhelpful. My friend has been on the parking waitlist since August yet the new manager helped herself to open parking spots first. No interest in the residents and we’re treated as an inconvenience.Property Manager Responded
